AIO Variables

AIO (Activities, Interests, and Opinions) variables are customer lifestyle factors that are measured and categorized by marketers to gain insights into consumer behavior. These variables are used to identify customer segments, develop marketing strategies, and target advertising campaigns. Activities refer to the physical and social behaviors that customers engage in, such as hobbies, sports, and travel. Interests are the things that customers find engaging or motivating, including music, art, fashion, and entertainment. Opinions are the beliefs, attitudes, and values that customers hold, such as political views, environmental concerns, and social issues. AIO variables provide a holistic view of customer lifestyles and allows businesses to tailor their products and services to meet the specific needs and preferences of their target market.
