Closed-ended Question: A type of question that provides a limited set of answer options for the respondent to choose the most appropriate response from, where the available options are predetermined and fixed. This type of question requires less effort from the respondent and is used to gather specific information for analysis, comparison, and quantification. Closed-ended questions are commonly used in surveys, market research, and data collection processes to collect objective and measurable data. They are also useful in obtaining a quick response from participants and in situations where open-ended questions may lead to irrelevant or unmanageable responses.
