Gateway

A gateway refers to a place, typically a city, airport, or area, where a flight or tour originates. Essentially, it is the starting point before embarking on a journey to a new destination. In the context of aviation, it can also refer to a point where passengers board their plane or enter a specific terminal. Moreover, a gateway can also be a digital device or software that connects two separate networks, allowing communication between them. In this sense, it acts as a mediating agent. In general, a gateway serves as a crucial access point that helps in connecting to the next destination.
