Aircraft Type – A standardized name assigned by ICAO to each kind of aircraft, consisting of two to four letters and numbers. These type codes are actively used in the aviation industry, especially when filing flight plans and tracking aircraft. The use of these codes, through Flightradar24, enables aircraft filtering and identification.
